What is the EMsculpt Neo treatment?

EMSculpt builds and defines muscle and reduces fat with HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic) technology. Radio Frequency (RF) has been added to the legacy EMSculpt platform creating a new device, EMSculpt NEO. This cutting-edge technology now delivers 2 therapies in a single treatment; with simultaneous HIFEM and RF, patients will now experience MORE muscle build and MORE fat reduction.

Why is the EMsculpt Neo different?

Radio Frequency (RF) has been added to the legacy EMSculpt platform creating a new device, EMSculpt NEO. Patients will experience an enhanced level of bodyscultping results with this new technology.
 
EMSculpt NEO is the first FDA-cleared procedure that obliterates fat cells and builds muscle by combining radio frequency (RF) heating and High Intensity Electromagnetic (HIFEM) waves into one procedure.
 
By combining these treatments into one solution, EMSculpt NEO provides results more effectively and more efficiently, making it more economical than other body contouring technologies. Within the first 4 minutes of the EMSculpt NEO treatment, you will experience a comfortable warming sensation. This is the RF (Radio Frequency) raising the temperature in the muscles, to between 40-41 C. The adipose tissue temperature (temperature of the fat layer) is maintained between 43-45 C throughout the treatment, which is the ideal temperature for fat destruction.

EMsculpt NEO is based on an applicator simultaneously emitting  synchronized RF and HIFEM+ energies.

Due to the radiofrequency heating, the muscle temperature quickly rises by several degrees. This prepares muscles for exposure to stress, similar to what a warm up activity does before any workout. In less than 4 minutes, the temperature in subcutaneous fat reaches levels that cause apoptosis, i.e. fat cells are permanently damaged and slowly removed from the body. Clinical studies showed on average a 30% reduction in subcutaneous fat.*
